Welcome to the homepage of the Belgian Antibiotic Policy Coordination Committee (BAPCOC). This scientifically base federal instance was established in 1999, aiming to promote rational antibiotics consumption in Belgium and to fight the increase of antibiotic resistance.

The Federal Commission on Patients’ Rights was created in 2002. This Commission gathers information on matters related to patients’ rights, advises the Minister, evaluates the application of the Law and the way the ombudsman services operate, and makes recommendations thereon.
